A practice that is a wholehearted embrace of living in, not for, the moment.
With a certain attitude, our entire life could be construed as practice.

Imagine that. Even better, try practicing it.
Doing the dishes not in a rush to get them done, but just to be in the moment of doing dishes.
And even before that, you can start with your breath. Right here and right now.
Take a truly mindful breath. And continue breathing mindfully throughout the rest of your day.
What changes?
