breathwork+ is a contemporary, integral, dogma-free approach to breathwork - the mind/body practice of utilizing the energy of conscious breathing for deep transformation and enhancing appreciation of life.
There are three fundamentally interwoven aspects: awareness, relaxation and concentration.
Or, in the words of my breathing brother Dan Brulé, “you need to wake up, let go and take charge.”
And, as any training without enjoyment, pleasure and passion is destined for a very short shelf life indeed, breathwork+ is dedicated to the artistry, the creativity and the never-ending exploration of this unlimited and beautiful modality.
